Despite once holding the WCW Tag Team Championship alongside Chavo Guerrero Junior, Lash LeRoux is known not just for his wrestling but his work as a cartoonist. He’s been published in multiple wrestling websites and publications and drew the Lashing Out series of comics for WCW’s monthly magazine.

LeRoux was one of the 24 wrestlers that the World Wrestling Federation bought as part of its acquisition of WCW. Alongside several other names brought over from the promotion, LeRoux was signed to a three-year development contract and sent to the Heartland Wrestling Association to continue his training.

After a year in Heartland, LeRoux felt stuck in limbo and negotiated for his release. It was granted in June 2002 and that same month he joined TNA, appearing on the inaugural pay-per-view. The following week, he suffered a neck injury while performing at an independent show, and spent the next seven months undergoing physical rehabilitation. He then returned to the indies and TNA, working until his retirement in 2006.

LeRoux currently works as a youth minister at West Weaver Baptist Church.

After hearing that you are what you eat, Mik took a good hard look at his diet and realised he might just be a szechuan spare rib alongside prawn fried rice.
