Remember Kaval? Don't worry. You're not the only one to have forgotten Low Ki's run in WWE. For reasons best known to Vince McMahon the hard kicking, intense and quite frankly a bit scary Low Ki was teamed up with Michelle McCool and Layla when he arrived on WWE television. It is hardly a surprise that it didn't take him long to ask for his release.

Outside of WWE however, Low Ki garners instant respect. He has held the ROH Championship and is a multi-time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion. His intense glare and stiff kicks have wowed fans all over the world, and he is one of the most respected in-ring workers of his generation.

You can't help but feel that if Low Ki's time in WWE had come now rather than six years ago, he would have been a success. A position in NXT alongside his old rivals Finn Balor and Samoa Joe would have been a natural fit for The Warrior. Despite that, no one can claim that Low Ki's CV outside of WWE doesn't speak for itself.
