10 Wrestlers Who Will Never Work For WWE Again (And Why)
4. Kenny Dykstra
There was a time when Kenny Dykstra was considered a blue-chip prospect in WWE. Possessing a clean cut look the promotion favoured during the period he was active, 2006-2008, the man was even part of Pay-Per-View main events. As part of The Spirit Squad against D-Generation X at Vengeance 2006, Dykstra was on the losing end, but it was clear the promotion had big plans for him. Once in a real-life relationship behind the scenes with Mickie James, Dykstra was surprisingly cut by WWE in November, 2008. It would later come out in the wash, at least according to Kenny, that Mickie had become romantically involved with John Cena whilst still seeing Dykstra. This was never going to end well, something had to give, and it was Kenny Dykstra. Cena was the WWE franchise even then, and Mickie was a top female star. Dykstra was deemed expendable. Understandably miffed by all that occurred, Kenny Dykstra hasn't been shy in lambasting both Mickie James or John Cena. Worse yet, he's continually badmouthed WWE as a company for how they handled the situation, and he's therefore been struck off the short list for a comeback to the McMahon-led juggernaut.
