10 Wrestlers With The Worst Punches In The Business
1. Shane McMahon
Obviously, the undisputed winner of ‘Worst Punches In Pro Wrestling’ belongs to Shane-O-Mac. For as ugly as Cena’s are, Shane’s are next level atrocious. It’s as if he’s recently binged all 6 Rocky/2 Creed films every time he jabs away. He often misses his opponents and drills the air or he does land them but leaves such little space it’s as if he’s the Bride in the grave in Kill Bill: Volume 2 and his opponents are the coffin.
It’s bizarre, given how much of an MMA fan Shane is after all: he was the one who introduced us to Raw Underground this year, nearly bought Strikeforce and trains in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu yet throws pantomime punches every match and action-led promo. His 75-year-old father has displayed better strikes in matches than Shane O ever has.
Shane sure as hell can jump off some heights and be thrown threw plexiglass but can’t throw a punch to save his life.
On Talking Smack a few years ago when the panellists were discussing the Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon Falls Count Anywhere Hell in a Cell match the bottom screen hilariously read from one fan (and somehow got shown on screen) ‘The Shane ghost punches are BACK!!! HIAC’.
