10 Wrestlers WWE Have Wasted Since WrestleMania 33

Bray Wyatt was one of WWE's only new generation wrestlers who didn't pick up a win at WrestleMania 33. While Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and AJ Styles all scored victory over their veteran opponents, the Eater of Worlds went down with a whimper against Randy Orton.

Though disappointed with the result, there was still cautious optimism about the 30-year-old's prospects for 2018. He had captured his maiden world title not a month earlier - someone in the back must've been batting for him.

Alas, nothing ever came of his early year momentum. After tying up some loose ends with Orton inside House of Horrors, he went into a series of aimless feuds on Monday Night Raw, where any momentum from his Sister Abigail transformation was derailed before its time by the virus that struck WWE in October.

It is only over the last couple of weeks that Wyatt, thanks to the intervention of Woken Matt Hardy, is managing to capture fans' attention again. This, however, is still a long way from the dizzy heights of fighting for the WWE Title at the Show of Shows.
