10 Wrestlers WWE Made You Hate (Thanks To Awful Booking)

7. Bray Wyatt

He was one of WWE's most popular wrestlers shortly after debuting, but the crowd's fondness for Bray Wyatt has taken an almighty plunge over the past few years. Some still like him, but few genuinely love his work anymore, and the contingent who can't stand his presence seems to grow with every nonsensical, babbling promo and momentum-crushing pay-per-view loss.

Wyatt's career has been chewed up and spat out so many times that it has completely killed his intrigue. Where once 'The Eater Of Worlds' felt edgy, unique, and dangerous, today he's tired, repetitive, and cartoonish. His aura is dead, and while this is partly Bray's fault (he supposedly has more creative freedom with his promos than most), it's largely down to the company.

Having him get buried by John Cena so early into his main roster run didn't help, and things have only escalated from there. Wyatt hasn't had a consistently enjoyable feud in years, and his weekly mic spots are a regular lowlight on Raw, particularly as they never seem to go anywhere. He's in dire need of a reboot, and while fans will still gladly hold their phones up for his admittedly awesome ring entrance, that's about the extent of his popularity in 2017.
