10 Wrestlers WWE Should’ve Signed When They Had The Chance

8. Kurt Angle (In 2014)

Rumors were flying in mid-to-late 2014 surrounding Kurt Angle€™s future. There were reports that Angle€™s contract with TNA was coming to an end, and that he would sign with WWE to finish his career where it started. However, that is no longer possible, as Angle recently won the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. Had WWE signed Kurt, he could€™ve been used in a multitude of roles. He could€™ve become an on-screen authority figure, he could€™ve wrestled part-time, he could€™ve managed or worked with a younger star to help build their reputation, etc. He is also someone that many people want to see back in the WWE, so that he can retire in the company that made him a star in the first place. There€™s a plethora of roles that Kurt could€™ve filled if WWE had signed him on last year. Maybe, if he hadn€™t gone straight to Vince and talked with Triple H first, things might be different now.
