10 Wrestlers You Probably Won’t See In WWE Again

9. Brodie Lee

Chris Jericho
AEW

Like so many of the other talents who have left the world of sports entertainment behind over the last few years, Brodie Lee has looked like a wrestler reborn since joining up with Cody and the gang in AEW.

Despite regularly showcasing his ridiculous ability in the ring for a man of his size, Vince McMahon never seemed to truly understand what he had with the then-Luke Harper. Instead of giving the talented performer a chance to prove he could be more than just the 'backwards hillbilly' character McMahon clearly saw him as, Harper was thrown into teams with the likes of Erick Rowan and Bray Wyatt where he was rarely allowed a moment to be anything more than a crazy-eyed enforcer. At one point he was even told to use a southern accent, even though the boss claimed he didn't like Lee's attempt at the twang a week earlier.

We're now finally seeing Lee fulfil his potential as the 'Mr. Brodie Lee' character which funnily enough seems to be loosely based on his former employer.

Due to the nature of his current gimmick and the fact he'd likely be forced to revert back to his painful Luke Harper character if he ever resurfaced in McMahon's company, all signs point to the 'Exalted One' permanently staying well away from WWE.
