10 Wrestlers You Won't Believe Beat Roman Reigns

7. Shane McMahon

Because being the boss' son has to come with some benefits, right?!

The younger male McMahon has actually had Roman's number a few times over the years.

Shane's team beat Roman's at Survivor Series 2016 (although Reigns was the one to eliminate McMahon from that match), Shane was once again on the winning side of a four-on-three handicap match on SmackDown, and he and Drew McIntyre won a tag team match against Reigns and "Gary Garbutt", a janitor who was actually Cedric Alexander in a mask.

Don't ask, just don't.

But McMahon's highest-profile victory over Roman came in Saudi Arabia at 2019's Super ShowDown. On the same cursed night that The Undertaker and Goldberg had their "match", McMahon got an assist from Drew whilst the referee was down and pinned Roman Reigns in the middle of the ring.

Whilst Shane can hold his own considering he's not a trained wrestler, there is no way he should have ever beaten Reigns, especially not in 2019.

And the worst part of it? Reigns never got his receipt. Sure, he and The Undertaker might have beaten McMahon and McIntyre at Extreme Rules the following month, but Shane and Roman never went one-on-one ever again. That is mad.
