5. Balor Club
Before he arrived in WWE as Finn Balor, Prince Devitt was creating history in Japan.
When he turned heel in 2013 and joined up with Karl Anderson, Bad Luck Fale, and Tama Tonga, the wrestling world changed forever. This was the genesis of Bullet Club.
The faction would become the most popular thing in all of wrestling for a time and its name still carries weight today. It's also cropped up a few times throughout Balor's WWE career, although never in the way fans were hoping for.
The most obvious allusion to the group is Balor Club, a t-shirt design and semi-mantra that Balor has periodically adopted. The logo design for Balor Club is extremely similar to the New Japan faction's and it even shares the same initials. Apart from a brief team up with Anderson and Luke Gallows, the t-shirt has been the closest WWE has gotten to a Bullet Club reunion.
The Prince's merchandise wasn't heralding the arrival of a new supergroup or an invading force. It was what all merchandise is deep down - a way to take your money from you.
