4. AJ Styles Prayed For Daniel Bryan Before WrestleMania 34

AJ Styles compared Daniel Bryan's recent in-ring return to the one Shawn Michaels enjoyed in 2002 during an interview on the Sam Roberts Wrestling Podcast.

Going further, AJ revealed that he said a quiet prayer backstage at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome before Bryan went out to work a tag match with Shane McMahon against Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 34. Styles was praying that his friend would come back through the curtain in one piece.

Amidst all the excitement of Daniel's comeback, it's easy to forget that WWE's decision to medically clear him (after consulting with doctors) was a risk. Nobody could be 100% sure how well Bryan would do in his first match back, and the fact it was happening at WrestleMania only added to the pressure.

It's sweet that AJ took some time out from planning his own match with Shinsuke Nakamura to ask God that Daniel would be alright.
