10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week

8. WWE Removed Young Bucks Signs At Hell In A Cell

It's not unusual for WWE staff to remove signs they deem inappropriate at TV shows and Pay-Per-View events. Over the years, this is something the juggernaut company have become less lenient on, as they attempt to discourage fans from supporting wrestlers they don't want them to. The latest grapplers to experience this aren't even in the company. Currently, The Young Bucks have just signed a deal to appear regularly in Ring Of Honor. The contract doesn't allow them to work for any other domestic promotion, but will allow them to continue their work in New Japan Pro Wrestling. In Japan, the team have been tearing it up for the past couple of years. It's likely they'd find it amusing that WWE were taking signs bearing their names off fans recently. At the recent Hell In A Cell Pay-Per-View, there were numerous examples of staff confiscating boards saying things like, 'Sign The Young Bucks'. During the 'Attitude Era', it was not uncommon practice for fans to have signs on Raw or PPV talking about WCW or ECW. It's interesting that WWE now feel the need to remove that choice from fans. The Young Bucks were reportedly in talks with the company before signing with ROH.
