There was a time when pro wrestling books were a novelty. Before the likes of Mick Foley and The Rock put their life stories in written word, the thought of a wrestler becoming a New York Times Bestselling author seemed impossible. Now in 2015, Daniel Bryan has joined the ever-growing list.

Bryan's book, 'Yes! My improbable Journey To The Main Event Of WrestleMania' has been very well-received by both critics and wrestling fans alike. Telling the man's story in an incredibly humble manner, the book perfectly captures the essence of why WWE fans were so taken by the man almost instantly. Even when WWE itself couldn't see his attraction, the audience certainly did and embraced him as a genuine star.

This week, Daniel Bryan announced via social media that the book had become a New York Times Bestseller, something he was clearly delighted about. Bryan's in-ring career may still be up in the air, but it seems people are unwavering in their support of his quite remarkable career. Wrestling fans will be hoping he can come back from injury and perform again, so that there's a second book.
