Peyton Royce and Billie Kay are inseparable on the road. Not only are the pair linked on screen, they're the best of friends off it, and they've bonded due to growing up as mega-fans in their native Australia. It wasn't always that way. At one point, The IIconics viewed one another as rivals.

They told Lilian Garcia on the ex-ring announcer's 'Chasing Glory' show that they had a "silent rivalry" pre-WWE.

As teenagers, both would regularly spot one another at WWE signing events or house shows down under. Without actually speaking, they developed a quiet dislike and would routinely stare daggers through one another or try to get there early so they'd be first in line for superstar autographs and/or tickets for ringside seats.

It wasn't until they attended the same wrestling school that the now-Women's Tag-Team Champions realised how much they had in common. After that, they hit it off and became the best of pals.
