The Miz and Maryse have moved out of their old home in Texas (one that sold for $2.64 million) and into a new pad in Los Angeles. The 'Hollywood A-Lister' and family stumped up an amazing $6.4 million to secure their new house, and they now live in a gated community.

How the other half live, eh?

Variety broke the news this week on Miz and Maryse's big move. The house was built in 2001, is situated in the Thousand Oaks enclave of North Ranch Estates and spans 10,400 square feet. It's been described as “neoclassical English Manor-style house”, has six bedrooms, nine baths and sits on a 1.27-acre span of land.

On TV, Miz is slated to start a program with Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura. If he wins that title, perhaps he'll put a replica above the cavernous fireplace he no-doubt has in his new abode. Not that anyone should be jealous...
