As any musician or pro wrestler will tell you, life on the road isn't always as glamorous as some may think it to be; endless cycles of dull airports, faceless arenas and lifeless hotels are hidden behind the veneer of success, money and spotlight, leading many to believe both industries host a non-stop party.

Kevin Owens was quick to point out the reality during his appearance on the Steve Austin Show this week, and although KO did make sure to recognise how lucky wrestlers are, he also revealed a post-show ritual that's hardly common knowledge.

A family man when outside the ring, the current Universal Champ remarked that he often can't wait to see the hotel door close behind him so he can climb into bed and watch episodes of The Office on his iPad.

Clearly, Owens isn't one for sightseeing or propping up the bar when out on the road with WWE; the Canadian even told Austin that he tries to sleep for as long as possible so that time passes quicker, and said he "just needs those walls and bed".
