Jokes poking fun at The Big Show's weight gain filled magazines and wrestling news sites 15 years ago, and it wasn't unusual to read that the giant had a love for fast food; WWE even used this as part of a storyline in 2002, when Show himself mumbled about cheeseburgers in his sleep.

Fast-forward to 2017 and Big Show is in tremendous physical shape, especially for a 45-year old who seemingly has nothing left to prove in wrestling. That's not how Show himself sees it, and the big man told Sporting News that it was actually John Cena who prompted him to take training and his diet seriously again.

A throwaway conversation backstage motivated Show; after joking to Cena that people didn't want to see a giant with abs anyway, Show was angered when his peer repeated the remark sarcastically and then walked away.

Looking to get into the best shape of his life ever since, Show has been on a strict regimen that cuts out the junk food he enjoyed before. He has John Cena to thank for opening his eyes to what was possible.
