WWE's decision to have The Miz beat Roman Reigns for the Intercontinental Title at Raw 25 was a paper-thin excuse to get the secondary strap off Reigns before WrestleMania 34. Still, at least it gave Miz back a title he enhances and ended Roman's pointless 2 month run with the thing.

The win also guarantees Miz a spot on the 'Mania card, but who will he face in New Orleans on April 8? Find out what Dave Meltzer and The Wrestling Observer had to say about WWE's plans for the IC Title right here, along with other facts involving Raw 25 we didn't know about previously.

Jerry Lawler and Shawn Michaels didn't have much clue what they'd be doing on the celebration special right up until heading through the curtain. On a show of such importance to WWE's history (and on the final Raw before Royal Rumble), that's incredible.

HBK thought he'd be yakking on about Max Moon. Meanwhile, Lawler was just content to talk about puppies...

Does Lana deserve to be in a match as historic as the first ever female Royal Rumble? There's an argument to say no, because the 'Ravishing Russian' is nowhere near the level required to work solid matches on television. yet. That doesn't mean she shouldn't be given the chance to improve, and she'll only do that by working more matches.

Speaking on the Baby Huey & Bimbo Jimbo Show, Lana said she was out and about driving with Rusev when news broke she'd be in the Rumble. She broke down in tears right there in the car and it took several minutes of calming down before Rusev was able to find out what his wife was so emotional about.

Though Lana will probably only last a few minutes before being tossed out, it obviously means the world to her that she's even in the conversation. Whether fans think she's earned a slot in such a prestigious match or not, it's cool to see someone get so worked up about being involved.
