10 Wrestling Facts We Didn't Know Last Week (June 4)

2. John Cena Doesn't Feel He Grants Enough Wishes (Men's Health)

To date, John Cena holds the record for most Make A Wish foundation wishes granted. Over the years, the WWE star has granted over 500 wishes, meeting terminally ill children who adore his status. That's admirable, especially considering the fact that wrestling fans are repeatedly told nobody works harder than Cena in the company aside from Vince McMahon himself.

Cena has been working with the charity for around 15 years, but explained during an interview with Men's Health that he actually wants to do more. As a crucial piece of insight into Cena's mindset as a man, he wouldn't entertain suggestions about a busy schedule, rightly pointing out that these children come first.

It's impressive to think that Cena believes he should be granting more wishes to young kids that idolise him. Irrespective of individual views about his in-ring abilities, the guy does work his tail off to ensure he can be there when he's needed.

It's very humble of Cena to say he doesn't do enough, when so many could do a lot more.
