Much has been written and said about the Steve Austin and Brian Pillman gun angle since it happened in 1996, but little of it has come from the people who were actually there; announcer Kevin Kelly is the exception to this. He's provided some real insight on being "scared to death".

Now, it's Brian Pillman Jr's turn.

In an interview with Wrestling Inc, Bri Jr revealed that Austin actually apologised to him years later for breaking in. Obviously, there's a kayfabe tone to some of what Pillman Jr is saying (they "buried the hatchet" etc), but he did also say that Austin gave him advice on how to improve as a worker, so any convo about that infamous angle is likely real.

Hilariously, Brian Jr says he was p*ssed as a kid because 'Stone Cold' wrecked his kiddie pool, and said there were small shards of shattered glass on the living room floor for weeks. Austin said sorry for potentially scaring the kids. We wonder if he apologised for doing the same to Kelly?
