5. Nikki Bella Pitched The Idea Of Becoming SmackDown GM

It's no secret that Daniel Bryan would rather be wrestling than appearing as SmackDown General Manager each week. Nikki Bella openly discussed this when talking to Rolling Stone - and then revealed she has conversed with Bryan about taking over his role. Now Nikki has been eliminated from Dancing With The Stars, it's a possibility.

Bella had actually pitched the idea before taking a break to do the TV show, and WWE officials felt it was workable once she had more free time. Is this Nikki's way of subtly telling fans that she's about to usurp Daniel Bryan in the GM role? It's hard to figure out why she would even be talking so much about it if not.

Nikki claimed she's also more interested in working the GM position as a heel. That would go against her most recent run in the company (the female John Cena), but there's a chance it could happen if WWE wish to move on from Bryan's more laid-back approach.
