2. Daniel Bryan Considered Returning To The Indies
Due to ongoing neck problems, Daniel Bryan hasn't appeared on WWE television much since WrestleMania earlier this year. As things stand, it's still unclear whether or not the popular star will ever be able to wrestle for the promotion again, which is a truly sobering thought. One of the most popular names to emerge over the past 5 years, Bryan still has much to offer. Unbelievably, the former WWE and World Heavyweight Champion told John Cena over the Summer that he was contemplating hitting the independent scene again. Daniel Bryan is a huge fan of professional wrestling, and clearly wants to give himself every chance of continuing his career. WWE doctors may never clear him to work in the company again, and this made Bryan consider his position. It would have been a blockbuster moment had Bryan announced that he was leaving WWE to once again ply his trade on the indie scene. The man's neck remains in poor condition, but he's obviously itching to step foot inside a wrestling ring again. Nonetheless, informing such a high-up star as Cena that he's outright thinking of departing WWE is a stunning move.
