2. R-Truth Made Brock Lesnar Laugh As Part Of A Bet (WWE Raw, 2020)
The odd couple nobody knew they needed in their lives suddenly became a reality on the night of January 13, 2020, as R-Truth hilariously shared the squared-circle with the 'Beast Incarnate' on Raw.
Here, the long-time comic relief entered himself into the incoming Royal Rumble match. And he also brilliantly claimed he'd be the one to dump the "big, big, big man" opposite him out of the match in question. Paul Heyman being that man.
The delivery of that line in particular and his subsequent backing out of the Rumble evidently tickled the mighty Brock Lesnar. And, as would later be revealed by the man himself, most of this promo was actually a complete surprise to the then-WWE Champion.
Truth told TalkSport that Heyman was involved in a bet and they wanted to see if the long-time WWE performer could make Lesnar crack on the night. So, despite Truth understandably being reluctant to spring a surprise on a former UFC Heavyweight Champion, that's exactly what went down.
Hell, Lesnar loved Truth's material so much on the night, he even took him aside after the exchange and told him they needed to "do something together" after that magical interaction.
Looking back on the moment itself, though, you can only imagine the fear Truth must have been feeling as he prepared to tickle the most terrifying man on the roster.
