5. Frog Splash
Look, the fact that we get to watch Christian Cage wrestle at all in 2021 is a modern miracle in itself. But, that still doesn't negate the fact that the former World Heavyweight Champion has been accused of perhaps executing one of the least celebrated frog splashes in the game.
In all honesty, were it not for other stars currently plying their trades in the business elsewhere all pulling off the most mesmerising frog splashes since the days of Eddie Guerrero and Rob Van Dam, Cage's limp flail through the air onto his poor opponent below would probably slip through the cracks. But when you've got Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, and Montez Ford all seemingly preparing to take off into the stratosphere before pulling off some mid-air extensions that would make an Olympic diver sit up, Cages's splash only looks more unprettier by the day.
The same could be said of Sasha Banks' own Latino Heat splash tribute, but the emotional weight that comes with her salute to the star who made her fall in wrestling to begin with ensures her rendition will always pack a different sort of punch.
