10 Wrestling Promos That Started REAL Backstage Heat

3. Chris Jericho And The Undertaker

Hello, my name is Adam Clery, and welcome to the 10 Dumbest Promos In WWE History… Number 10, The Undertaker Takes The Big Show Into The Desert.

Yeah, see, that doesn’t sound out of place does it? That seriously bizarre segment in 1999 where the Deadman claimed he’d been forced to take The Big Show into the desert on a motorbike and… do?… weird?… things?… to?… him?… was mercifully interrupted by Chris Jericho, himself just a few weeks into his run.

You’d think that, being given such guff to work with, 'Taker would have been delighted that the focus of the segment was on the new star but, no, apparently not, Y2J somehow p*ssed him off big time with it

Speaking in his book, Jericho says that: “'Taker responded to my claims by saying that he had more shower time than I had ring time. At first I thought he was bragging about his personal hygiene until I figured out that he was really saying I was wet behind the ears and should know my role and shut the f*** up."
