With Chad Gable despatched, Jason Jordan continues ahead on his quest to match his dad's incredible achievement of winning the industry's top title within his first year as a singles superstar.

Jordan enters and wins 2018's Money In The Bank, with the pay-per-view moving to Monday Night Raw following SmackDown Live!'s turn with the prize the prior year.

Now holding a guaranteed title shot against dominant Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, Jordan demands 'The Beast' turn up to the July 16th edition of the flagship show, promising to cash in his shot and win the title two days short of his year anniversary on Monday Night Raw.

Well into the second year of his run with the title by this point, Brock has been predictably unstoppable in that time, but the months-long story of Jordan's desperation to equal his father's acclaim adds huge drama to the contest.

In an effort to counter any interference from Paul Heyman and to take a front row seat for his son's possible coronation, Kurt accompanies Jordan to ringside for the historic clash. However, before the match can officially begin, Brock jumps Angle. Staving off Jordan with a wicket chair shot, he then F5's Kurt and breaks his arm with a deadly kimura.

As Raw climaxes with the sight of Lesnar stood atop his prey, the announcers pontificate on Jordan's failure to achieve his ultimate dream.
