10 WWE Elimination Chamber Records That May Never Be Broken
3. Tallest Line-up
You might have expected that 2008 line-up of behemoths to also swoop the record for the tallest sextet of Chamber entrants in history. That isn't quite the case, though.
By my most humble of calculations, the field of participants in SmackDown’s WWE Championship match from No Way Out 2009 was marginally taller than that heavyweight cast of the previous year.
Once again, this match featured the Undertaker, as well as the 7'0" giant the Big Show, all 6’8” of Vladimir Kozlov and the deceptively tall duo of Triple H and Edge. Add in Jeff Hardy and you’re left with a domineering line-up with an average height of more than two metres per man; ever so slightly more than the lanky class of 2012, in which the Big Show, the Great Khali and King Barrett were let down by Cody Rhodes, Santino Marella and Daniel Bryan.
Again, I’m not particularly sure of the significance of this one, other than the fact that it’s a stat that you probably hadn’t been aware of - and one that’s unlikely to be broken in the near future.
