10 WWE Employees That Are In The Wrong Job

7. Dusty Rhodes Should Be A Manager

Dusty Rhodes is one of the greatest "talkers" in wrestling history. Many WWE wrestlers aren't being utilized properly because they can't cut promos well enough for live crowds to get behind them in one way, shape or form. Therefore, put Dusty Rhodes on television as someone's manager, helping them out. It isn't rocket science. When Dusty was in the corner of his sons, Goldust and Cody Rhodes, not all that long ago, it showed that he still has that fire and that passion to cut promos in front of live crowds. A lot of people felt that Cody's mic skills, and more accurately, his delivery, was the thing holding him back from truly ascending up the card. Many of those same people felt that Goldust's gimmick was still working, but that his style of promos certainly wouldn't in this day and age. Dusty was the perfect person to step in, talk for them, and let them shine in the ring. Now, with the Stardust gimmick, there's not really a place for Dusty to be involved, unless it's with Goldust after one of the brothers turns on the other. It's an unfortunate truth, but the level of promo ability on the current WWE roster doesn't even come close to matching the level that the company had, say, during the Attitude Era, where it seemed like everyone had the "golden touch" when they had a microphone in their hand. It's still a key element to the WWE product, and having a few extra managers on hand to give an assist in that area is a good idea. Dusty would be a dream choice, no pun intended.
