More Hulk madness incoming.

Sid Justice came to the company as Hogan's friend, but that wouldn't last too long. Sid followed the "every man for himself" rule to the letter during an ultra-important 1992 Royal Rumble (the winner would become champ) - he eliminated Hulk from the running. Fair's fair, eh? 'That doesn't work for me, brother'.

Like a no-good scoundrel, Hogan pulled Sid to the floor out of spite after that. To make matters worse, onscreen President and gruff sort Jack Tunney then picked Hulk ahead of Justice as Ric Flair's potential challenger at WrestleMania VIII. Wait, what?! Sid had lasted longer in the Rumble than Hogan, so shouldn't he have been ahead of red and yellow?

This rightly pushed Justice over the edge. He only turned his back on Hulk because Hulkamania turned its back on him first. That shouldn't be forgotten in amongst all the smooth chat from WWF announcers that Sid was a dastardly backstabber who didn't deserve to be mates with Hogan.
