10 WWE Heels You Most Want To Punch In The Face

7. 'The Million Dollar Man' Ted DiBiase

If you had to come up with the perfect villain for the typically working class wrestling audience to hate, you couldn't go wrong by choosing the smug, laughing rich guy, who took great pleasure in flaunting his wealth and taunting those who were not smart enough to be born wealthy. Ted DiBiase was incredible in this role, dubbing himself "The Million Dollar Man," putting his opponents to sleep with "The Million Dollar Dream," and wearing a diamond-studded championship belt that meant he was "The Million Dollar Champion." He added a touch of racism to go with his classism by demeaning his black servant Virgil, and demeaned fans by offering them money to perform tricks in the ring.

Believing his money meant he could have anything he wanted, DiBiase tried to buy the WWF championship from Hulk Hogan. When Hogan wouldn't sell, The Million Dollar Man arranged to have Andre the Giant beat Hogan with the help of a crooked, face-swapping referee, and then he bought the belt from Andre. DiBiase performed these devilish schemes while unleashing trademark laughter, and avoided dirtying his own hands by wrestling when he didn't need to. He was a smug, self-satisfied millionaire, he was rich and that meant he was better than you, and he drove fans out of their damn minds.
