10 WWE Horrors That Took Years Off Your Life

8. Mae Young Births A Human Hand

This is a moment that has gained WWE infamy, and even been poked fun at by the company itself. They had to ridicule their own booking though, because the 28 February 2000 edition of Raw featured one of the most repulsive ideas in living memory. There, live on telly, Mae Young gave birth to a gooey human hand.

Yes, just the hand.

This oversized appendage made everyone in the room grimace, and probably caused a lot of embarrassment for folks who just so happened to convince non-fans to watch the show with them that night. Imagine it; 'Hey, come watch Raw with me. It's cool!'. Then, there's Mae squeezing out five fingers on the flagship.

WWE kept the gag going by having a fully-grown hand appear on Raw 1000 in 2012. Meanwhile, everyone wondered how the show had reached 1000 episodes when this was the sort of fare they scripted during the height of its run.
