10 WWE Legends Who Should Get The "Last Ride" Treatment Next

4. Mae Young

One of the most influential figures in the business’ history, Mae Young was a true wrestling pioneer. While she passed away in 2014 at the ripe old age of 90, her life and times should be celebrated, and her achievements prior to WWE given greater prominence.

A lot of modern fans may know Young for a few select moments in her late WWE tenue - the powerbomb through the table by Bubba Ray Dudley, harassing The Rock at WrestleMania XXVII, and of course giving birth to a hand.

Her years - and years - in the ring prior to that deserve greater exposure. It’s a pity Young isn’t around to share the memories herself, but while there are still folks walking the earth who worked with her during her most prolific years, it’s imperative that we get these stories down on tape. And if you want to interview Mark Henry about the whole hand thing while you’re at it, then who could blame you.

WWE’s women’s division has never been healthier, so now would be a great time to highlight the work of the business’ key figures.
