10 WWE NXT Main Roster Call-Ups That NEED To Happen In 2026

9. Oba Femi

Oba Femi has been a star the moment he stepped foot in WWE, and he's only getting better with time.

If WWE wanted to fast-track him to the main roster after his record-breaking North American Championship reign, that already would have been justified. But now that he's a two-time NXT champion as well, with one of those reigns lasting almost the entirety of 2025, and he's proven that he can hold his own against Cody Rhodes at Saturday Night's Main Event, WWE shouldn't sleep on making him a mainstay on Raw or SmackDown at some point soon.

He has the potential to be the next Brock Lesnar, which is often said, but rarely legitimate. Femi is big, athletic, can talk on the mic, and is very young at only 27.

Though that typically makes WWE think that they have all the time in the world, there's no reason to sit on someone's potential and dilute it over time when you can strike while the iron is hot—particularly if this ends up being the last year The Beast Incarnate is around, with rumors he may retire at SummerSlam.

Do the match now, before you regret waiting and risking it pass you by.
