In 2018, WWE continued its march toward parity between the men’s and women’s rosters by introducing the women’s Royal Rumble, which has at times outshone the men’s Rumble match.
Now in its eighth year, the women’s version of the winter classic has not amassed as much history as its male counterpart, but there still are plenty of records worth highlighting on their own. As the years pass, many of these names and numbers will change, but it still is worth acknowledging the current recordholders.
No woman has won more than one Rumble, with seven different winners taking a victory lap each year. However, two entry numbers – #3 and #28 – have produced two winners each, making them the lucky numbers at this early stage. While Bayley has the women’s longevity record, it’s Chelsea Green (2023) and Valhalla (2024) who have set the futility record for women, each being eliminated after five seconds.
Speaking of eliminations, Shayna Baszler, Bianca Belair and Nia Jax are tied for most eliminations in a single Rumble, having tossed eight each. What makes this strange is that Baszler and Belair set this mark in the 2020 Rumble, meaning that they accounted for 55 percent of all eliminations in the women’s Rumble that year. Jax achieved her part of the record in 2024.
Cumulatively, Rhea Ripley is the current queen of eliminations, having bumped 20 women from the Rumble, with Jax right on her heels with 19 eliminations.
Lastly, Liv Morgan and Natalya share the record for most Rumble appearances, entering all seven years. It’s safe to assume that both will pad that mark this year.
