10 WWE Stars One Tweak Away From Perfection

1. Roman Reigns

The Tweak: Embrace his locker room leader role on screen.

Why It'd Help: Like him or loathe him, Roman Reigns is publicly viewed as a true successor to The Undertaker's locker room leader berth. Younger wrestlers look up to him as a shining example of how to succeed in the organisation, and he's been named an inspiration by many in interviews.

For some unknown reason, that isn't regularly explained on screen.

There are infrequent examples, of course. His latest storyline with Buddy Murphy, and the way Reigns cleared the locker room to talk privately with him before acknowledging his skills post-match the next week, is a classic case of what WWE should be doing. That put over Roman's status behind the curtain and elevated a new talent.

This is Reigns' job now. He's a bonafide star who could maybe crossover into the mainstream thanks to his recent work on Hobbs & Shaw. WWE can use his celebrity and prestige to enhance the careers of others around him, and they can do it way more often than once in a blue moon.
