10 WWE Stars Who Desperately Need To Switch Brands

6. Mojo Rawley

Mojo Rawley's heel turn on former partner Zack Ryder should have propelled him upward, giving the NXT product something more to do than run around the squared circle like a kid hopped up on Pixie Sticks and Mountain Dew.

Instead, he has wallowed in mediocrity, somehow managing to appear in less significant segments of television than he did during his time as one-half of The Hype Bros. He has appeared in the United States Championship tournament, losing to Bobby Roode, but his status on the blue brand has somehow diminished in the wake of his split with Ryder.

While there is no guarantee a move to Raw would prove any more fruitful for the former Arizona Cardinal, the likelihood is that the three-hour show would be able to find some use for him, whereas the more compacted SmackDown was not, is relatively high.

After all, the red brand has utilized Apollo Crews to much greater effect than SmackDown was able to.

One of the biggest issues facing Rawley at this point is a complete lack of credibility. He is still seen as the obnoxious party animal from NXT whose partnership with Ryder netted many a loss and not much in the way of victory. He needs to be built into a legitimate championship contender and he can do that on Raw, where matches with the marquee Superstars there would instantly elevate him in the eyes of the WWE Universe.
