10 WWE Superstars Who Have Been Hurt The Most By The Wild Card Rule
5. Naomi
Along with Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch, Naomi was one of the many women who benefited from the Brand Split when it was brought back in 2016. While on SmackDown Live, she became a two-time SmackDown Women's champion and won the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal, though it was high time she was given a fresh batch of opponents to work with on Raw.
She was positioned pretty prominently early on in her run on Raw back in April. She defeated then-WWE Women's Tag Team champions The IIconics her first night on the show before beating Bliss the very next week. Following a strong showing in the women's Money in the Bank Ladder match, she was abruptly dropped from WWE programming all together.
Since then, Naomi has wrestled three matches on Raw, two of which took place in the same night in June (and all of them ending in losses). Even with Sasha Banks, Ronda Rousey, Nia Jax and Ruby Riott out of the picture, WWE still couldn't find time for her on the flagship show.
Raw's women's division has only really consisted of Lynch, Lacey Evans, Banks and Natalya for months now, and Naomi is nowhere to be seen. Unless there's something else going on fans aren't aware of, there honestly isn't any excuse for her not to be featured on WWE TV more except for the lack of diversity the Wild Card Rule provides.
