4. Alicia Fox

The big difference between the WWE Divas and those on NXT is the fact that the latter are actually given more than three minutes to go out and wrestle. There are number of women on the roster who would benefit from having the chance to deliver twenty minute matches down in Orlando, but Alicia Fox - whose newfound role as a Total Diva makes this somewhat unlikely unfortunately - should most definitely be near the top of the list. She has a ton of charisma and in ring ability, something which was evident when she started getting a little more TV time last year. Unfortunately, Alicia has been saddled with WWE's "B****s be crazy!" storytelling that most of the Divas get, leaving her little room to develop. Her sporadic and almost random appearances on Raw and SmackDown don't be Alicia Fox justice, and if there's one place she could make WWE take notice of her, it's a run in NXT.
