10 WWE Superstars Who Should Switch Brands In 2017
6. Cesaro
Cesaro is one of the most talented wrestlers in WWE, but he’s often been given short shrift over the years. Many argue that this is due to his supposed inability to talk (a strange accusation to level at someone as multilingual as Cesaro), or because his various character changes have failed to connect with the WWE Universe. Others blame it on WWE management’s refusal to give The Swiss Superman a real push into the main event scene, opting instead to keep him fighting for midcard and tag belts.
While his odd-couple run with Sheamus has been entertaining, and even gave Cesaro his second tag championship, there’s only so much steam left in the angle. Once it runs out, it’d be disappointing to see Cesaro go back to being ‘another talented Superstar with a chip on his shoulder, trying to reach for that fabled brass ring’, especially when he could receive a believable push on Smackdown LIVE.
Match him up against Styles, The Miz, Cena, Ziggler and even Corbin, and you’ve got the recipe for some really fruitful rivalries. You never know, with Kassius Ohno debuting in NXT, we could even see the Kings of Wrestling become kings of the Smackdown Tag Division.
