4. Bobby Roode

If Shinsuke Nakamura is frustrated with his lot on SmackDown, then Bobby Roode must be apoplectic over on Raw.

WWE caved to fan cheering and turned him into a smiling babyface before his main roster debut last summer. That was their first mistake, and their second has been planting Roode with another guy who's going nowhere fast, Chad Gable. The pair's phoney friendship is almost insufferable at the moment, and blatantly exists because creative don't know what else to do.

Roode cannot be thrilled with all this. He could eventually tire of Gable's 'Glorious' interruptions and turn heel on him, and that may be a temporary solution his problems. May. There are zero guarantees WWE won't lose interest in a more antagonistic version of Bobby and let him rot on Raw's undercard all over again after the big switch.

Come 2019, if things haven't changed, Roode would be well within his rights to scream from the rooftops that he's a better performer than WWE let him show. He's drowning right now, and ripe to be replaced by younger NXT hopefuls.
