10 WWE Superstars Who Will Never Be World Champion Again
10. Daniel Bryan
It's unfortunate and it's sobering. Fresh off Daniel Bryan being forced to vacate his second championship in the space of a year due to injury, WWE and Daniel Bryan fans find themselves clinging to hope that the YES Man will ever wrestle again, let alone be WWE Champion. Bryan's heart-warming rise to the top in the face of a company who didn't want him as their champion has been matched only by the sudden and cruel nature of his fall back down to earth. At this point, we should all be hopeful for Bryan's in-ring future but thankful for him that he has his health. Daniel Bryan will never again be WWE Champion but his work, heart, ethics and legacy have been forever etched in wrestling history by his victories at Summerslam and, particularly, at WrestleMania XXX in New Orleans.
Betting on being a brilliant brother to Bodhi since 2008 (-1 Asian Handicap). Find me @LiamJJohnson on Twitter where you might find some wonderful pearls of wisdom in a stout cocktail of profanity, football discussion and general musings. Or you might not. Depends how red my eyes are.
