10 WWE Things That Must Happen In The Second Half Of 2015
7. Finn Balor Must Called Up To The Main Roster
Even without paying too much attention, it's obvious that Finn Balor is an absolute star. Thus, fans questioned the decision to bring him to NXT when he signed with WWE in 2014 instead of bypassing developmental and heading straight to the main roster, but he's been the best thing to hit Full Sail University since his long-awaited debut in October. He wasted no time in leaving his mark on the black-and-yellow brand with wins over The Ascension, Hideo Itami and Tyler Breeze, cementing himself as a star on the rise. Balor was successful in his quest to capture the NXT Championship at the Beast In The East event in Toyko, but fans shouldn't interpret that as a sign that he'll be in NXT for the long-haul. It isn't unheard of for the NXT champion to appear on the Wednesday night show and Raw simultaneously with Big E, Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens being prime examples. Balor will be no different. The artist formerly known as Prince Devitt has the potential to be one of the biggest main event players WWE has seen in years, but it's more a matter of WWE finding something for him to do on the main roster than it is him not being ready. He'd be a perfect candidate to accept the John Cena's U.S. Open, but either way, he's too great to be relegated to solely NXT for much longer.
