10 WWE Videos You Didn’t Realise Were Huge Hits On YouTube

2. The Miz & R-Truth Raise Hell

View Count: 101,560,000

The two most recent Hell In A Cell pay-per-view's have concluded leaving the WWE fans watching at home and in attendance furious. Consecutive main event finishes ending in a no-contest? Seriously? However, in 2011, it was the Superstars and authority figures, in kayfabe, who would vent their own frustrations.

This clip has impressively accumulated over 100 million views since being uploaded, but how has that come to be? The Rock and John Cena were slowly building towards their WrestleMania showdown, so maybe that played a factor? Was it due to the rise in popularity of the 'Best In The World' CM Punk? Or perhaps it was John Laurinaitis' People Power? (it definitely wasn't that).

The simple answer is this. It's very well-paced, thought-out and brutal spectacle. The real-life brawl between Conor McGregor's and Khabib Nurmagomedov's teams at UFC 229 springs to mind. It is perchance one of the best ensemble scuffles WWE has ever done.

There's retaliation, escalation and no one is safe, not even the cameraman, which made the resulting arrests more realistic and entertaining. In addition, repercussion was a key theme in the build-up and aftermath. The Miz and R-Truth were fired beforehand, hence the attack after the match, kicking off this chaotic affair and, not long afterwards, the Superstars and personnel staged a walkout, with Triple H being relieved of his General Manager duties, for his actions.
