10 WWE Wrestlers Poised To Break Out In 2018

Rusev has been one of WWE's most underutilised wrestlers for several years now. The former United States Champion has come within touching distance of becoming a top-level star on multiple occasions, yet the company have never pulled the trigger, opting instead to position him as a jobber to the stars.

There's a chance he'll play this role until the day he eventually leaves the promotion, and his inclusion on our list comes from hope more than anything else. Regardless, 'The Bulgarian Brute' has always been too skilled and too charismatic for his middling card position. Now, he is finally too over for WWE not to push him as a main eventer.

The Aiden English double-act is money. The duo were greeted like heroes at Clash Of Champions, and nobody would've complained if WWE had called an audible and given them the Tag Titles, but they were slotted back into a peripheral role two nights later. This shows that the volume isn't yet too loud to be ignored, but a prolonged period of massive pops should, in theory, force WWE to finally recognise the big man's greatness with the push his talent deserves.
