10 WWE Wrestlers Poised To Break Out In 2020

9. Tegan Nox

If written the right way (and this is NXT - there are few reasons to think it won't be), there's no reason the impending Dakota Kai vs. Tegan Nox feud can't be used to send both wrestlers stratospheric, regardless of who wins in the end.

Nox was one of the British independent scene's standout performers when WWE scooped her up in 2017. It's horrible that she has only scarcely been able to show why since signing with Vince McMahon's promotion, but that's the sport. Injuries are a motherf*cker. They don't discriminate, and while losing two massive chunks of her career so soon after moving to Orlando was a huge blow to Nox, professionally and personally, she's still only 25 years old. The former Nixon Newell isn't even close to peaking yet.

A versatile wrestler and tremendous babyface, she's well-positioned to play the slighted best friend betrayed by a villainous turn. The sky's the limit after that. Nox is one of the most talented wrestlers on the NXT roster, regardless of gender, and will turn serious heads when finally able to spread her wings in a big singles match, though WWE would be wise to keep her on her current side of the Atlantic.
