10 WWE Wrestlers We Want To See In RETRIBUTION
5. Naomi
A main roster mainstay, Naomi has been around on Raw and Smackdown for years, mostly as a babyface and has never reached the level that someone of her talent deserves.
Naomi’s return in the Royal Rumble this year should have lead to a tidal wave of support, she impressed a legion of non-wrestling fans with her abilities and look, she got a huge pop from the crowd and she has the track record of delivering in big moments like she did at WrestleMania 33. However, SmackDown didn’t do her justice, booking a weird screwjob finish in Saudi Arabia and then having her get eliminated second in the 5 woman title match at WrestleMania. Since then, she’s done karaoke, lose to Lacey Evans and got a Twitter campaign on her behalf.
Naomi’s a good heel, her work in the underrated Team B.A.D in 2016 was solid and her in-ring offense didn’t suffer because of her allegiances. RETRIBUTION could use a main roster star of her pedigree, and channel her pent up frustrations from her years in the company into a dynamic world or tag title run. It would instantly legitimise the stable and give Naomi an angle to truly let her talents shine.
