10 WWE Wrestlers Who Are Impossible To Care About

4. Dolph Ziggler

Once a consensus pick for the dubious title of WWE's most under-pushed wrestler, Dolph Ziggler has become one of the company's least interesting performers. His fanbase used to be massive, but their number has been chipped away by years of terrible booking, and his interest levels have never been lower than they are today.

Ziggler is an unsalveagable midcard gatekeeper. He had a great feud with The Miz in 2016, but that's the only highlight on his recent resumé. Terrible storylines like the Rusev/Lana/Summer Rae love quadrangle and endless losses in big matches have made it impossible to care about the guy. It's a shame, because none of this is his own fault, but 'The Show-Off' has fallen apart.

WWE tried to turn his lack of direction into a storyline this week, with Dolph openly complaining about his shortage of TV time, making indirect references to other wrestlers who've risen while he has slid. The critical response to this has been largely negative, and it looks like there's no way to save Ziggler on the main roster. His supporters have abandoned him, and a trip down to NXT may soon be on the cards.
