Sami Zayn, a lot like Bayley, should have been on Raw long before he was officially a member of the main roster, and he likely would have been had he not suffered a shoulder injury in May 2015. Nevertheless, fans were familiar with him when he re-debuted in the Royal Rumble match and again on Raw months later, resuming his rivalry with former friend Kevin Owens.

They traded wins for months and had one of the best feuds of the year, culminating in a phenomenal bout at Battleground. While Owens then went on to team up with Chris Jericho and win the WWE Universal Championship, Zayn was relegated to the Kickoff show at SummerSlam and has been floundering for months.

Zayn was in the midst of an entertaining program with Chris Jericho heading into Clash of Champions before it was abruptly cut short, and now he finds himself directionless yet again. It would be one thing if he wasn't anyone special, but this is the same guy whose entrance music is so catchy that the crowd sings along every time he enters an arena.

It remains to be seen whether his partnership with Neville will be here to stay or not, but he would be better off on SmackDown Live at this point where he might actually be used to his full potential.
