10 WWE Wrestlers Who Lost Their Mojo

1. Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler has endured such a nightmare run over recent months that the revisionists are beginning to question whether he ever really had "it" to begin with.

Those of us with memories that go back longer than five years would answer that question with an emphatic "yes". The former Spirit Squad member was on the brink of super-stardom during his fleeting main event run in 2012, let down in the end by some slapdash booking.

It's kind of difficult, though, to defend the idea that he's still the same wrestler. Years of being left out in the cold have made his character stagnant; the same youthful, peroxide blonde-haired rookie, only no longer youthful nor a rookie.

You can't really expect to improve any inside the ring either, when your matches are confined to a few brief minutes, often against wrestlers who are held (or so it appears) in equally low esteem by the WWE writing staff. Dolph just isn't any better, and he might actually be a bit worse too.
