10 WWE Wrestlers Who Were Better In The Indies
8. Jamie Noble
Jamie Noble's WWE career probably peaked in about 2003, when his kayfabe girlfriend Nidia was temporarily blinded by Tajiri's green mist, after which he began pranking her by making her walk into lamp posts and stuff. Meanwhile, the highlight of his indie career - as James Gibson - was winning the ROH World Championship in a four-way match with CM Punk, Samoa Joe, and Christopher Daniels.
Whilst Noble's latest on-screen role - one half of hapless Authority henchman J&J Security, alongside the equally inept Joey Mercury - yielded its share of comedic moments, there's no denying that he was better outside of WWE. And yet, he's spent just one of the last sixteen years off its payroll. Like his ring persona, you can't fault his loyalty.
